Lost & Found

To inquire about a lost item, please call Metrolink Customer Service at: (800) 371-5465 (LINK)

  • Monday – Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday – Sunday: 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Lost and Found pickup is available Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm at the Los Angeles Union Station ticket office, located near the historic lobby. Please call Metrolink Customer Service to make an appointment for pickup outside of these hours.

Please be aware that Metrolink is not responsible for items left on trains or platforms.
